Well, after a 6 month hiatus, I decided to start this gmail blog again. Don't be surprised if I use this blog to advertise my other sites ;-). So remember, tell your friends, enemies. How to get gmail without being invited...

As you may have heard, Gmail accounts were initially offered to two people: 1) Google employees, and 2) active Bloggers. Since getting a job at google might require more effort than you are willing to give, I suggest get a blogger account. Its easy to set up, and you just have to make a couple phony posts to get invited to gmail. In fact, that's how I got my first invite. I used blogger to help me update a web site I do, the Polish Heritage Club of Madison, Wisconsin.

In other news, I've gotten my first volunteer to send me invites!

I know zip about my new gmail account, but I will learn! I got the

had been overflowing for some time which was terribly frustrating. I
quit checking it because I could not keep up. Low and behold they have

A warning about yahoo and hotmail

IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE EMAILING YOU AN INVITE, it has a chance of being deleted. You see, Hotmail and Yahoo are jealous of how awesome gmail is, so they "accidentaly" mark invites as spam. So if you're wondering just where that coveted invite is, check your spam box.

Ok, so I have to email accounts, one is comrade009@gmail.com, and one is lindsaylohan@gmail.com. I got an invite for using blogger, so i made comrade009 first. But then I invited myself, and I was thinking "What's a good celebrity I could impersonate?" I kept going down the list, and then bam, lindsay lohan pops up. So for the first week I got like 20 pieces of fanmail, but then it just stopped coming! I thought "Why don't people like me anymore?" lol. So know I just use it to automate the process of making invite links. Whatever, just a story.
